Kadamuri Narasimhaswamy Temple
Kadamuri Narasimhaswamy Temple, located at Kadamuri in Vakathanam Grama Panchayat, is a renowned temple in the region. Lord Narasimha, the incarnation of Lord Vishnu, is the principal deity worshipped here. The temple is regarded as one of the important places of worship forming part of the religious and cultural heritage of Vakathanam village.
According to records of Kerala Tourism, the annual Thiruvutsavam of the temple begins on the Thiruvonam star in the Malayalam month of Kumbham and continues for ten days. The festival attracts a large number of devotees and is an important religious celebration in the locality.
